Summary: Wallora uses anonymous device identification. We don't store your prompts or generated artwork on our servers. Only anonymous usage counts are tracked for credit management.
Our Privacy Commitment
Wallora is designed with privacy in mind. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service and manage your credits fairly. Your creative ideas remain your own.

Data We Do NOT Collect
- Prompts: Your art descriptions are processed for generation only and never stored
- Generated Artwork: Paintings are created server-side but not saved after delivery
- Personal Information: No names, emails, or identifiable data
- Location Data: We don't track where you use the app
- Usage Patterns: No analytics on how you browse or use features
How AI Generation Works
When you generate a painting:
- Your prompt is sent to our secure servers
- The AI generates your artwork
- The image is sent back to your device
- The prompt and image are immediately deleted from our servers
We never store, review, or use your prompts or generated artwork for any purpose other than delivering them to you.
Room Preview Feature
When using the Room Preview feature, your selected room environment and artwork are combined locally to generate the preview. Room selection preferences are not stored on our servers.
Local Device Storage
Artwork you choose to save is stored locally on your device only. This includes:
- Saved paintings (in app storage)
- Generation history
- Your favorites and preferences
This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Anonymous Identification
Instead of requiring an account, Wallora uses an anonymous device ID stored securely in your iOS Keychain. This ID:
- Is randomly generated and contains no personal information
- Persists across app reinstalls (to prevent credit abuse)
- Cannot be used to identify you personally
- Is only used to track your credit balance
Third-Party Services
RevenueCat - We use RevenueCat for subscription management. RevenueCat processes payment through Apple's App Store and does not have access to your payment details. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
AI Generation API - Your prompts are processed by our AI service provider solely for generating your artwork. Prompts are not stored or used for training.
Data Retention
- Device ID & Usage Counts: Retained while you use the service
- Prompts: Deleted immediately after generation
- Generated Artwork: Deleted immediately after delivery
- Subscription Data: Managed by RevenueCat per their retention policy
Your Rights
Since we use anonymous identification and don't store personal data, there's nothing to delete or export. If you uninstall the app and it gets reinstalled, your device ID in the Keychain may persist, which is by design to prevent credit abuse.
Children's Privacy
Wallora is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
